Thanks to a passion for fashion and art, rises Adriana Mora, a model that caught the world’s eye with her Hugo Boss campaign and Dolce & Gabbana runway walk. For this interview, straight from her NYC home, she was kind enough to share with me small aspects of her life and ambitions.

The 23-year- old confesses that living in such a challenging city has given her the opportunity to feel free and expressive. “I have learned to take advantage of every situation in the best way, and nothing could be possible without my family’s support, they really are everything to me” she mentions.

With a cool and effortless vibe, the blue-eyed Costa Rican is inspired everyday by entrepreneurial women; those who have their feet on the ground and pursue the achievement of their goals... qualities that she also demands on herself. Among her many dreams, working with brands like Versace and YSL, do more international editorials, and become a role model are on the top of the list. “My motivation is to be the best version of myself” she highlights, “I still have many things to accomplish, I am just starting” adds between laughs.

Off cameras, Adriana is a normal girl that enjoys music and meditation, “I try to meditate 15 minutes each morning; then, I take my time to have breakfast, it is my favorite part of the day” she shares. Also, besides practicing Pilates, drinking lots of matcha, being addicted to chocolate and a good Dior lip gloss, Mora has developed an interest for acting and design. Today, she is working on a personal comic book project (stay tuned!).

Without a doubt, this young woman is slowly turning into an unattainable professional, one who carries Costa Rica in her heart: “Honestly, being Costa Rican has been an advantage abroad” she points out, “the country is identified by its accomplishments, loving people, and I really wish to be known in this wonderful land that I love so much” she narrates... Because of this and more, Adriana Mora is one of the Latinas not to be missed.
